Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable on products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return for refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are non-refundable.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or altered garments are not eligible for refunds.

  • Returns for size issues can be exchanged (subject to availability) but are not eligible for a refund.
